Booth Contract Agreement
The following are the terms of the agreement between the A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC and A.I.C.U. Powwow Committee, sponsors of the 1st Annual A.I.C.U. Pow Wow at Butte High School, Butte, Montana, July 11th, 12th & 13th, 2008.
1. In exchange for the non-refundable $200.00 rental fee for one day or $300.00 rental (money or cashier check) for three days, the A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC will provide one 10'X10' vendor space. Larger spaces available in multiple increments and fee – 20’x20’, 30’x30’. You must provide your own tables, chair's, canopy, generator and any other equipment needed to accommodate your setup. Setup is available on Thursday the 10th. Tear down is Sunday 13th at 6:00pm.
2. A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC and the A.I.C.U. Powwow committee will not be liable and renters waive all claims against A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC and the A.I.C.U., LLC Powwow Committee for theft, disappearance of or damage to personal property and any claim by third parties for personal injuries suffered. A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC Committee, Maroon Activity Center, Butte High School Administration, & their agents are NOT RESPONSIBLE for: theft, Damage, Injury, Negligence, and hereby held harmless from any and all claims, injuries, personal property loss, and causes of action where known or unknown. The A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC and the A.I.C.U. Committee will not be responsible for any act of God; i.e. weather; any physical disability, interruption of transportation, or any other proven causes beyond their control. Therefore there will be no refunds of contract rental fees.
3. A renter's removal of items from a booth during the contracted rental period will not result in forfeiture of the space for that period.
4. Renter agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies of the State of Montana, local governments and A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC.
5. Renter agrees to leave the premises in the same clean condition as received. Renter will remove all trash, debris and materials continually through out the day and at the completion of the rental day/period.
The A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC and the A.I.C.U. Powwow, LLC Committee would like to remind renters that there is to be No Food or Refreshments sold or available at the booths.
To be eligible for a $300.00 rental fee for three days, or a $200.00 rental fee for one day, the contract and rental fee must be received by July 5, 2008. Any contracts received after this deadline will result in the cost of $375.00 for three days.
